WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns/Exchanges:

  • All items are handmade to order, so it is not possible to cancel once the process has started. We understand that things happen and we all have the right to change our minds, we allow a 2 day cancellation period after the order is placed.

  • If the item is damaged once it has arrived, please send the item back to be fixed or recreated.

  • Unfortunately I will not refund any shipping cost.

THE LOCAL PICK UP OPTION

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TUMBLER?

Please follow all care instructions. 

  • Hand wash only

  • Not microwave safe

  • Not dishwasher safe

  • Don’t leave in hot cars and/or in high temps

  • Don’t drop

These sparkly tumblers are handmade and should always be treated as such. Although they are durable they have the potential to break or ruin when care instruction aren’t followed. Once the item is in the buyers possession I cannot be held accountable for any damage.

Yes, you may select Local Pickup at checkout to pick your order up from Albertsons on (Highland Rd location)You’ll receive an email when your item is ready for pickup. Please keep in mind we may have to coordinate our schedules for a meeting time to drop off. This may cause a delay in processing times. 
•Remember, I do NOT allow local pickup at my residence. Local Pickup must be scheduled and are limited to the person who placed the order.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SHIRTS?

  • Please remember to turn items inside out

    • Wash on regular cycle with like colors. Do not bleach.

    • Dry on low/medium heat or hang to dry.

PLACED AN ORDER WITH MISSPELLED NAME OR NEED TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.


We get it. Sometimes we get excited and just hit check out now without proofreading. Fortunately we allow a 2 business day grace period to make any changes to your order! 
After the grace period changes such as shipping address, customization or cancelling cannot be made. 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

WHAT BRAND OF TUMBLERS DO YOU USE?

I primarily use Ozark brand tumblers, unless otherwise specified.

Yes! Each item is customizable. Also, if you don't see something you like but love my work you can contact me so that I can make your awesome ideas come to life!


TURNAROUND TIME?


  • Made To Order and Custom Tumblers can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks (times vary and can change depending on product demand) to complete.  

    This does not include shipping time.

  • Embroidered items will ship 1-2 weeks after purchase.

  • Accessories will ship from 1-2 weeks after purchase.

Please be sure to check the processing time on each specific item you are interested in.


  • My shop has a strict no refund, no return policy. Due to the nature of my products being all custom and hand made to your exact wants and specifications, I cannot accept Returns and issue a refund, but rather will fix the issue for you.

    Do to the nature of all items being handmade and made to order I will not accept any returns whatsoever. All products are to be inspected upon delivery and any errors should be brought to my attention immediately. I take pride in my work and try my best to ensure that all items are in as great a manner as can be, but I am human as well. Do to my hand making all items, there are bound to be some oops moments and blemishes. I will be happy to fix any issues with items, but will not refund.
